Pricing questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card and has no time limit. It covers up to 5 customers on one round, so you can set up properly and see a real week's runs before paying anything.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly with no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account and you won't be charged again; you can also drop back to the Free plan.
Can I change plan later?
Yes — move between Free, Solo and Team whenever you like from your account. Start on Solo with one van and move to Team when a second van joins.
What if I have more than 5 vans?
Team includes 5 vans (rounds and driver logins). Each extra van is £10 a month: add or remove them yourself under Plan & billing and the difference is worked out on your next bill. A 7-van business pays £79 a month.
How do customers pay my invoices?
On Solo and Team, customers can pay your invoices by card online. Card payments go through your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you; Stripe charges its own fees and RoundSorted doesn't take a cut. On every plan, including Free, customers can also pay by bank transfer or cash, and you mark the invoice as paid.
What happens if I go over the Free plan's limits?
Nothing is deleted. You just can't add more than 5 customers until you upgrade.
Is the route planner part of a plan?
No — the public multi-drop route planner is free for everyone, with or without an account.
