Window cleaning
Window cleaning round software that keeps your cycles straight
Every four weeks, every eight weeks, rain on Tuesday and a customer who's away. RoundSorted works out who is due, puts the day's cleans in driving order and sends the bill after each clean.
Sound familiar?
Who's due this week?
Four-weekly, six-weekly and eight-weekly customers in one round book or spreadsheet, and the cycle drifts every time a day is rained off.
Rain days
One wet Tuesday knocks the whole week back, and working out what moves where takes longer than the cleans themselves.
Chasing money after the clean
Notes through the door, customers who meant to transfer it, and an evening knocking on doors to collect.
No record of what was done
'You didn't do the back.' With no photo or note, you either argue or go back for nothing.
How RoundSorted helps
4, 6 or 8 weekly cycles
Set each customer's cycle and RoundSorted works out the next clean. Move a clean and the next one is due the right number of weeks after it was actually done.
Today's round in driving order
Everyone due today arranged sensibly street by street, with a Take me there button for each stop and access notes like 'side gate code 1234'.
Customers can skip by link
A customer away on holiday can skip a clean through their private link before your cut-off. No app, no phone call.
Done, with photo and cash
Tick each clean done on your phone, with a photo, a note and any cash taken. Skipped and missed cleans are recorded with a reason.
Bill after each clean
Set customers to be invoiced per clean, so each clean gets its own bill, payable by card online on Solo and Team, or by bank transfer or cash.
Free for your first 5 customers
Try it on a few streets first. Solo is £29 a month for unlimited customers.
A day with RoundSorted
Wednesday's round has 24 houses due across three estates, including two customers moved from Monday's washout. You open the round on your phone, start at the top of the list and work through it with the map. Each clean is ticked done as you go, with a photo where it matters. Per-clean customers get their bill to pay by card online, and the two cash customers are recorded at the door, so tonight there's nobody to chase.

Questions people ask
What happens to the cycle if I move a clean?
The next clean is worked out from when the clean was actually done, so a clean moved from Monday to Wednesday is due again four (or six, or eight) weeks after that Wednesday.
Can I get paid after every clean?
Yes. Set the customer to be invoiced per clean. They get a bill after each clean and can pay it by card online on Solo and Team, or by bank transfer or cash.
Does it have a phone app?
It runs in your phone's browser, so there's nothing to install. You can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
Can I use it for gutter clearing and conservatory roofs too?
Yes. Add them as services with their own prices. Put regular ones on the cycle and add one-off jobs as extras.
Do you send text reminders?
Not yet. Customers can get an email when you start the day's round and when their clean is marked done. SMS may come later.
