Any delivery round
Delivery scheduling software for small delivery businesses
If your week is the same customers getting roughly the same things on the same days, RoundSorted turns that into tomorrow's load list, a route in sensible order and invoices at the end of the week, without scrolling back through WhatsApp.
Sound familiar?
Orders arrive everywhere
A text at 10pm, a voice note at 6am, an email you only see at lunchtime. Somebody always says 'but I told you on Tuesday', and they might be right.
The spreadsheet only works for you
It has 14 tabs, colour codes only you understand, and nobody else can run the round if you're ill or on holiday.
Standing orders get forgotten
The regulars are in your head. When someone wants an extra on Friday or skips a week, that change lives on a sticky note until it doesn't.
Invoicing eats your Sunday
Adding up a week of paper delivery notes, typing invoices, then chasing the same three customers who always pay late.
How RoundSorted helps
Standing orders by weekday
Set what each customer gets on Monday, Tuesday and so on, once. One-off changes (an extra case, a skipped day, a holiday pause) sit on top without touching the regular order.
Customers change their own order
Every customer gets a private link. They can change or skip a delivery up to your cut-off time. No app to download, no account to set up, no message for you to copy across.
Tomorrow's load list
Totals of every product for the day, plus a per-customer list for packing. Print it or open it on your phone in the van.
Drops in a sensible order
RoundSorted puts the day's stops in a good driving order using real road times, with a Take me there button that opens Google Maps for each stop. Drag stops to fix anything only you know about.
Driver's phone view
Your driver sees the next stop, the access notes and what to leave. They tick it off with a photo, a note and any cash taken.
Invoices that add themselves up
Weekly or monthly invoices built from what was actually delivered, which customers pay by card online on Solo and Team, or by bank transfer. Free plan for up to 5 customers.
A day with RoundSorted
At 4pm the cut-off passes and tomorrow's orders lock. You open the load list, pack the van from the totals and print the per-customer sheet. In the morning your driver opens today's run on their phone, taps through each stop in Google Maps, and marks each drop done with a photo at the door. On Friday you check the week's invoices, press send, and the customers who pay by card do it from the link in the email.

Questions people ask
What kind of businesses is RoundSorted for?
Small UK businesses that deliver to or visit the same customers on a regular pattern: wholesale bakeries, fruit and veg suppliers, firewood merchants, water coolers, laundry collection, milk rounds, egg producers, coffee roasters and window cleaners. It is built for one to five vans, not for courier fleets.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Each customer gets a private web link that opens on any phone or computer. They can see their next delivery and change it before your cut-off time.
Does it connect to Xero or QuickBooks?
Not at the moment. RoundSorted creates and sends its own invoices and records payments, which you then enter in your accounts as you do now.
How much does it cost?
Free for up to 5 customers on one round. Solo is £29 a month for one van with unlimited customers, and customers pay your invoices by card online. Team is £59 a month with five vans and drivers included, then £10 a month per extra van. See the pricing page for details.
Is the route planner part of the paid plan?
The public multi-drop route planner is free for anyone to use, with no account. Inside RoundSorted, the same routing is applied to each day's run.
