Wholesale bakery

Wholesale bakery order management software for small bakeries

Your cafés and delis order much the same every week, then change it by text the night before. RoundSorted keeps the standing orders, takes the changes through a link, and turns tomorrow into a bake list and a delivery run.

Sound familiar?

Orders by WhatsApp at 10pm

'Can we have 6 more croissants tomorrow?' arrives after you've already worked out the dough. Or it arrives at 3am, when you're already shaping.

Working out the bake by hand

Adding up sourdough, seeded and focaccia across twenty cafés from a spreadsheet and a notebook every night, and hoping nobody's change got missed.

Delivering before they open

Every café wants bread before its doors open, and the run has to be in the right order to make that happen with one van.

Weekly invoicing from paper notes

Delivery notes in the van, credits for short drops, and a Sunday evening spent typing invoices for accounts that pay on different terms.

How RoundSorted helps

Standing orders by weekday

Café Rosa gets 8 sourdough on weekdays and 14 on Saturdays. Set it once. Holidays, extras and skipped days go on top as one-off changes.

Cafés change their own order

Each account gets a private link to change tomorrow's order up to your cut-off, for example 2pm the day before. No app, no login, and no late-night messages for you to copy into a sheet.

Bake list for tomorrow

One list of totals per product so you know exactly what to bake, plus a per-customer packing list for crates and bags.

Delivery run in driving order

Stops arranged in a sensible order using road times, with a Take me there button for each stop and access notes like 'back door, key safe' for the 6am drops.

Driver's phone view with photo proof

A photo of the crate at the door settles 'it never arrived' before it starts. Short or failed drops are recorded so the invoice is right.

Weekly or monthly invoices

Built from what was actually delivered, with per-customer prices and VAT where it applies. Customers pay your invoices by card online on Solo and Team, or by bank transfer. Free for up to 5 accounts.

A day with RoundSorted

At 2pm the cut-off passes. One café has added a dozen pains au chocolat through its link and another has skipped Monday for a staff holiday. You open the bake list: 64 sourdough, 120 croissants, 30 seeded. At 5am the crates are packed from the per-customer list, and your driver follows the run on their phone, leaving bread at the back doors and taking a photo at each. On Friday the week's invoices are ready to check and send.

Questions people ask

Is this wholesale bakery software or a full production system?

It covers orders, the daily bake totals, deliveries and invoicing. It does not do recipe costing, dough scaling or allergen labelling. Many small bakeries keep those in their own sheets and use RoundSorted for the order-to-invoice side.

Can different cafés pay different prices?

Yes. Each product has a default price and you can set a customer's own price for any product. Invoices use the right price automatically.

What happens if a café changes its order after the cut-off?

Their link stops accepting changes after your cut-off time. You can still change it yourself from the admin, so a regular who asks nicely can still get their extra loaves.

We only have six wholesale accounts. Is it worth it?

The free plan covers up to 5 customers, which is enough to try it properly. Solo is £29 a month for unlimited customers on one van.

Can I still take orders by phone?

Of course. You can enter any change yourself. The link is there so customers who prefer to sort it themselves can, and you are not the middleman for every extra croissant.
