Coffee roasters (wholesale)
Wholesale order and delivery software for small coffee roasters
Your local cafés take the same blend every week, until they run low on Thursday. RoundSorted keeps their standing orders, lets them change them by link, and turns each delivery day into a roast list and a run.
Sound familiar?
Orders in Instagram DMs
Cafés message on Instagram, WhatsApp and email. You piece together the week's roast from three inboxes.
Roasting to the right amount
Too little and a café runs out mid-week. Too much and beans sit on your shelf past their best.
Local drops and couriers
Local cafés get a van drop and others get a courier. Keeping track of who gets what, and how, is messy.
Monthly invoices
Different prices for different cafés, and invoices that go out late because they take an afternoon.
How RoundSorted helps
Standing orders by weekday
Each café's usual bags of each blend on its delivery day, with extras and skips on top.
Cafés change orders by link
A private link to top up or skip before your cut-off. No app, no login, no hunting through DMs.
Roast and pack list
Totals per blend for the day, so you roast to the order, plus a per-café packing list.
Local delivery run
Local drops arranged in driving order with Google Maps. Courier customers can sit on their own round so their orders still appear on your roast and packing lists.
Proof of delivery
A photo at each café door and a note if the drop was short.
Monthly invoices paid by card
Invoices from what was delivered. Customers pay your invoices by card online on Solo and Team, or by bank transfer.
A day with RoundSorted
Tuesday is roast day. Twelve cafés have standing orders and two topped up through their links after a busy weekend. The roast list says 18kg of house espresso and 6kg of the guest single origin. On Wednesday morning you drop the local cafés in driving order, photograph each delivery, and post the courier orders from the same packing list. At month end the invoices are ready to send.
